Description
The MACH MDS 900-4T is the larger of MACH's CNC/manual knee mills with an integrated 4-position tool changer, giving 900mm of X travel and a wider table for bigger work.
Driven by the 3-axis (4-axis option) DynaPath WinDelta control and Yaskawa drives, it has directly driven X, Y and Z axes and a direct-drive BT 40 spindle (6,000rpm). It can be used in manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic modes, making it ideal for toolrooms and machine shops.
The DynaPath control has a 15.6" LCD touchscreen, accepts programs by USB, Ethernet or wireless, can be programmed conversationally, from DXF or in ISO/EIA G-code, and has 8GB memory and 1000-block look-ahead.
