Blum TC60 spindle probe

A spindle probe sits in the spindle like a tool and measures the part on the machine: it finds edges, bores, bosses and part zero, so work offsets are set quickly and the same way every time, and you can check features before the part comes off the table.

MACH fits the Blum TC60, a 3D touch probe with Blum’s BRC radio transmission, so it works anywhere in the machine without line of sight to the receiver. Its optoelectronic measuring mechanism has no wearing switch contacts, gives the same probing force in every direction and needs no spindle orientation, for 0.3µm repeatability at probing speeds up to 3m/min. It is sealed to IP68.

MACH fits it to the machine, sets it up and fully calibrates it with the DynaPath control’s probing cycles, so it is ready to use when the machine is handed over.
