MACH 1062-HD: THE STRONG SILENT ONE.
The MACH 1062-HD is a strong, heavy-duty and rigidly-built VMC designed to machine hard and difficult-to- machine materials.
Everything about the machine exudes strength and power from its advanced high-torque, direct-drive spindle (26kW/12,000rpm) through to its large pre-tensioned 45mm diameter ball screws, and from its rigid BBT 40 face and taper tooling configuration through to its Meehanite cast iron construction.
As well as being strong, the machine is also fast and flexible and features a 24 position ATC (swing-arm type) with 4 second C-T-C changeover time, 36 m/min rapids and 0.5-0.7g acceleration/deceleration rates.
The machine is available with a choice of control - Fanuc 10.4" Fanuc Oi-TF or Siemens 828D with the full version of ShopMill software onboard.
